Shipping policy
US Tariffs
The US is pausing the "de minimis" threshold of $800. This means that we have to collect duties before sending any package to the US.
Until recently, we offered regular mail (in an envelope, without tracking), but a few orders were sent back, as we should not send merchandise using this method. Because of that, we have decided to stop offering this shipping option.
Duties will be calculated atomatically at checkout and will be displayed as a separate line item.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Contact information, Shipping and Billing addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure we have your correct contact information, including email, phone, and mailing address. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost package due to incorrect shipping or contact details provided by the customer. Should you find that the shipping address you provided during checkout is incorrect, please quickly inform us by sending an email to littlepawshanks@gmail.com.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Canada
- United States
- Ireland
- Switzerland

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen if the shipping service you chose is untracked.
Shipping confirmation & Tracking number
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note that if you have chosen an untracked service, there is no tracking available.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Little Paws Hanks is not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not falsify customs forms. Items are listed with exact values in accordance as stated by law.
